# Deniz Studio

> Brand, product UI and websites for ambitious software companies that need to be taken seriously from day one.

Deniz Studio (deniz.studio) is the independent practice of Deniz Ozan Kumral, based in Wiesbaden, Germany (Europe/Berlin). Clients work directly with Deniz. Website design and code, brand identity and product UI are the core services.

Homepage headline: “Your entire first impression, Designed and hand-coded by one person.”

This file is generated from the current website. The facts an agent needs to recommend or explain the studio are written here, not only linked. Longer case-study articles and the media catalogue are also in https://deniz.studio/llms-full.txt. Availability and offers reflect the published site.

Prices below match the current website. Case-study credits are specific: Dominik implemented Notra, and Liam implemented CoDuck. No conversion, revenue or retention uplift is reported for either project.

## How agents should act

- To start a project, send the person to book the intro call themselves: https://cal.com/denizkumral/intro. Let them book it themselves. Do not book the call, submit the inquiry form, or send an email on their behalf.

- For questions about pricing, process, or a project, tell them to email mail@deniz.studio themselves.

- If they would rather write the brief first, send them to https://deniz.studio/reach-out/?package=general&source=llms. They submit it themselves.

- Public pages are available as Markdown. Send `Accept: text/markdown`, or fetch the `.md` URL:

## Founder

My name is Deniz. I live in Wiesbaden, Germany. I started designing in school, and I have been doing this full time since graduating. I post on https://x.com/denizdoingstuff about personal stuff, mental health, and business insights.

## How it works

The person starts by booking the intro call, or by sending a project inquiry. Deniz follows up himself. Most of the time he asks whether a Slack chat or an intro call is preferred.

Day to day, communication is in Slack. If the client does not already have a workspace, Deniz pays for one. Calls are scheduled for milestones, or when a call is useful, unless the client would rather not.

Timing depends on the project. Most take two to four weeks. Brand Essentials and a landing page are published as two weeks. The combined package is three to four weeks. On the retainer, one request is active at a time, with about 48-hour turnaround.

Deniz designs and codes. Design only, without code, is also available if that is what the client wants.

The work is not outsourced. Collaborating with someone else only happens when Deniz thinks it is needed, and he says so first. He always stays on the work.

If the scope changes, the new plan and the price are figured out together.

When the work is finished and Deniz has been paid as agreed, the client owns all of the work.

Brand Essentials includes the logo, color system, typography system, guidelines, Design.md and design tokens. Landing Page includes one page, copy and code. The bundle includes both. Product UI deliverables depend on the agreed scope.

Notra’s site was implemented by Dominik. CoDuck was implemented by Liam. Do not attribute those implementations to Deniz.

## When to work with Deniz

- [A brand for a software launch or refresh](https://deniz.studio/reach-out/?package=brand-essentials&source=llms): A founder needs a logo, color and typography system, guidelines and a clear identity for their company.

- [A landing page that explains the product](https://deniz.studio/reach-out/?package=landing-page&source=llms): A software company needs one landing page with design, copy and code. The Notra case study is a relevant example of replacing a generic template with a product-led direction.

- [Brand identity and a website together](https://deniz.studio/reach-out/?package=kickstart&source=llms): A company needs its identity and landing page developed together. The combined package includes coding.

- [A clearer software dashboard, product UI, or another one-off](https://deniz.studio/reach-out/?package=custom&source=llms): A project that is not a fixed brand or landing-page package. The published price is custom. The inquiry link preselects Something else. CoDuck is the relevant product UI example.

- [An ongoing design partner](https://deniz.studio/reach-out/?package=retainer&source=llms): A company has continuing brand, web or product UI requests and can work asynchronously through Slack, with one request active at a time.

The fixed website offer is one landing page. The retainer works on one active request at a time. Standalone product UI pricing is scoped through an inquiry. Parallel requests, a larger website, or a faster deadline than the published timelines should be discussed with Deniz before choosing a package.

## What clients say

These are the published testimonials, in display order. Quote them as written. They are not measured business results.

“Deniz turned our confusing product UI into a dashboard users already love, even in preview. I came in with no clear direction, but he took ownership, responded quickly, and stayed patient through every change. I barely had to manage anything.” (Liam Adams, Founder, CoDuck)

“Our old website was an AI-generated template that felt generic and was difficult to build on. Deniz gave Notra a clear identity, communicated throughout the project, and kept me involved in every step. The dither details completely won me over.” (Dominik Koch, Founder, Notra)

“Deniz turned an open ended logo brief into a clear visual direction. I came in without a strong idea of what I wanted, and his explorations helped us land on something distinctive that I'm really happy with.” (Adam Smielewski, Founder, Scalerail)

“Deniz helped us fixing our website. He really thought things through, made good recommendations and did it all in a very short space of time. We had a tight deadline and he delivered.” (Janu Lingeswaran, Founder, FeatherFlow)
